Meet Kirsten Powell
Kirsten Powell is a licensed REALTOR®, Broker-Associate with Keller Williams® Realty Boise and Keller Williams Realty World Class in Westlake Village, CA. She works hand in hand with her husband Rick Powell in running Powell Fine Homes Group, Inc.
She was born and raised in Copenhagen, Denmark prior to coming to the United States in 1987 to attend college on full swimming scholarship. While growing up, swimming was a large focus in her life and with years of hard training and great coaching, she became the Danish National Champion and record holder in the 50 and 100 Meter Freestyle on multiple occasions. Kirsten attended Indian River Community College and Florida State University on full scholarships while continuing to swim on the Danish National Team. While at Indian River, Kirsten was named Female Swimmer of the Year for NJCAA and while at Florida State, she was Team Captain and recipient of the No Pain No Gain award. She was also part of team that qualified for NCAAs in 1990.
Meet Kaitlin Powell
Kaitlin Powell is a licensed REALTOR® with Better Homes and Gardens | 43° North in Idaho
A 4th Generation Realtor®, Kaitlin has been involved in real estate most of her life. She started tagging along on showings, inspections and Open Houses when she was in junior high before moving on to being a Transaction Coordinator for the team during her college years.
Kaitlin earned her degree in Marketing Management from California State Polytechnic University (Cal Poly) Pomona. She was a full-time student athlete playing intercollegiate volleyball throughout her college years. Her team at Cal Poly was nationally ranked in the Top 25 twice during her time there and attended the NCAA Regional Tournament in 2018.
In addition to her work with Powell Fine Homes Group, Kaitlin worked in the lending industry after college as a loan processor as well as Executive Assistant and Transaction Coordinator for a real estate team in the Boise area before getting licensed and returning to the fold with Powell Fine Homes Group. Along with being a full-time REALTOR®, she specializes in content creation, video production, and editing for the Powell Fine Homes Group.
